Want to get the most out of the fall season in New Hampshire? Get ready for beautiful fall foliage, breathtaking views and endless adventures.

The New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation sent over their top three most popular spots for fall hikes and scenic drives in The Granite State. Each of these parks has a scenic auto road for driving to the summit and hiking trails.

Climb to the 2,290-foot summit of Pack Monadnock. A winding 1.3-mile road leading to the scenic summit is also open for visitors. Many easy to moderate trails begin at the park and access the Wapack Trail. Open daily from 9am to 5pm until November 11th.

A scenic auto road rises from the park entrance to the parking and picnic areas, where there is a half mile trail to the summit of Mt. Kearsarge. It affords views that stretch from Mt. Monadnock to the hills of NH's coastal plain. Open daily from 9am to 4:30pm until October 19.

The grounds provide a panorama of mountain splendor, including the Presidential Range of the White Mountains, the Green Mountains of VT, the Kilkenny Range, the Percy Peaks, and the upper Connecticut River Valley from an old stone Fire Tower. Open on weekends from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm until October 13th.
