Believe it or not, there are 4 new workout routines that are expected to be huge hits in the New Year. I for one, am not interested in #3 at all!

Why on Earth would ANYONE DO SNOWGA! You have to dress in your winter coat, hat, boots, gloves, etc. How are you supposed to relax and stretch if you're all bundled up? In the freezing cold? No thank you!

#4 - Treadmill Classes
