5 Fun Holiday Events For This Weekend

We're going into the first weekend in December so if you have any time left after doing your Christmas shopping, there are all kinds of events you can take in over Saturday and Sunday.

1. Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm, the City of Rochester holds its Holiday Tree Lighting in Central Square in Downtown Rochester.

2. The City of Dover's Christmas Tree Lighting happens in Henry Law Park on Friday evening at 6 pm.

3. Saturday is the kickoff of the sixteenth annual Wolfboro Festival of Trees in Wolfboro NH.

4. Saturday afternoon at 4 pm, the Manchester Christmas Parade steps off in downtown Manchester.

5. Sunday afternoon at 3 pm, look for WOKQ in the Rochester Holiday Parade. This year's theme is "A Fairy Tale Christmas".
