5 Fun Things to Do This Weekend

What a week it's been! In the past week we've had the WOKQ Dollar Bill Game, the 48th annual CMA Awards, the mid-term election and a time change to get used to. Time to look ahead to the weekend and fun things to do and see.

1. Saturday is the annual Boy Scouts Scouting For Food Drive. Leave non-perishable food on your front steps for pickup beginning at 8:30 am.

2. Have a good laugh at the expense of the world of politics when The Capitol Steps perform at the The Flying Monkey in Plymouth NH on Friday evening.

3. Check out the NHSPCA Pet Expo happening at The Frank Jones Center in Portsmouth. It is their "Mega-Adopt-A-Thon.

4. Saturday, there is a public breakfast at the Bethany Chapel in Manchester between 8 and 10 am.

5. Enjoy holiday craft fairs throughout New Hampshire. You'll find them at the Bow Mills  United Methodist Church, Milton Community Church, Holy Trinity Church in Somersworth and Madbury Town Hall.
