The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) has opened a new 22,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art NH Liquor & Wine Outlet at the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. The renovated store opened this past Friday, October 19th. It boasts more than 6,000 sizes and varieties of wines and spirits and a host of new features and enhancements. NHLC projects this new Outlet will generate $26 million in annual sales. A newly renovated Outlet in Lancaster opening earlier this week as well.

In a press release, NHLC Chairman Joseph Mollica says ‘these two Outlets will play a major role in supporting our efforts to maximize revenue for the New Hampshire General Fund, which funds essential state services.’

In addition to the Outlets in Portsmouth and Lancaster, NHLC opened a new NH Liquor & Wine Outlet in Colebrook earlier this year, and according to their press release, construction is underway on new Outlets in West Lebanon, and on the city line of Dover-Somersworth. The NHLC operates 78 retail locations across the Granite State and serves more than 11 million customers annually.
