A License Plate That Will Make You Scratch Your Head! [PHOTOS]

We've talked before on The Morning Waking Crew about vanity license plates. However, I saw a certain license plate the other day while out doing errands that stopped me in my tracks.

Does this actually say what I think it says?

I'm trying to figure out what else this plate could mean?  Any ideas?

Anway, #2 is a shout-out to our midday guy:

Mark Jennings is actually on The Big Drive Home this week, while Roy Sullivan is filling in for the vacationing Mark Ericson on The Morning Waking Crew!  'Ya got that!

I wonder how many people try to apply for this plate. How lucky was this person!
