A Piece Of WOKQ History!

1980's WOKQ Coffee Mug

A big shout out to Bruce in York who emailed us a picture of an old WOKQ coffee mug and asked about its history. Way back when, in the mid 80′s I think, we used to travel to local businesses and hand out WOKQ “Coffee Break Kits”. Each kit came with a mug and all the fixin’s for a cup of coffee. We also used to give out popcorn poppers and boat bottom paint scrapings but that’s a different story for another day. Bruce worked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, where the mug showed up on his desk. It’s a great mug, Bruce says he still uses it every day. Do you have any old WOKQ swag? Share it here!
