A Portsmouth Favorite Set to Open New Store on Rt. 1 Bypass

Gary's Beverages is set to open two new stores, once of which will be located on the Route 1 Bypass in the former location of Momma D's Restaurant.

Momma D's Casa di Pasta closed it's Portsmouth location a few years ago and the building has remained vacant since. However, Rita and Dipak Patel, owners of Gary's Beverages purchased the property and hope to have their newest store up and running very soon.

The Patel's also plan to open a second 'Gary's Beverages' location at 78 Bridge Street. They tell Seacoast Online the Bridge Street location will cater to 'downtown local business.

It's funny, I drove past the former Momma D's site just the other day and noticed signage in the window that seemed new to me and I wondered what was going on. Now I know!
