Aeropostale Files for Bankruptcy, Over 100 Stores to Close

No word on whether any of the 7 New Hampshire stores will be closing

This seems to be happening a lot lately, no?

Perhaps it's the age of the internet, add Aeropostale to the list of companies filing for bankruptcy.

WCVB reports that the retail chain of clothing stores that generally targets to teens and young adults says it plans to file Chapter 11.

Teen-apparel retailer Aeropostale is the latest company expected to file for bankruptcy protection and close dozens of stores.

They'll be closing more than 100 of the 800 locations worldwide.

There are 7 locations here in New Hampshire as well as 17 in Massachusetts.
