Having a baby can get expensive so it's important to take advantage of online savings with deals like 'Prime Day' from Amazon.

Amazon is celebrating 20 years in the online commerce business with a sale tomorrow called 'Prime Day,' and it's exclusively for Prime Members. The online super store is promising "more deals than Black Friday."

Amazon Prime members are the ones who get the“Prime Day” deals, but a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime is available to customers.

This is a perfect opportunity for new parents to stock up on items they'll need. Here are some items new parents should be on the lookout for:

Baby Wipes

It has already been leaked that the Amazon Elements Baby Wipes will be at a discount of 60% (using code ELEMENTS60). That is HUGE. As any new parent will tell you, buy as many baby wipes as you can fit in the house. And then buy more.

Diapers

Do a little research before purchasing the diaper you want. Don't just go with the cheapest because it may lead to rashy bums. ("You get what you pay for.") If 'Prime Day' even offers a 20% discount it will be worth it. See all the diapers they have in stock.

Toys

Not exactly baby essentials, but you can save some serious dough on toys for your child's birthday, or Christmas by making purchases tomorrow. Your kid will probably love some of these:

Baby Gear

Babies require a lot of furniture and gear, which can get overwhelming. Be on the look out for steals on swings, travel kits, slings & wraps, and the like.

Hopefully this Fisher-Price Snugabunny Cradle 'N Swing goes on sale because even I want to get in there.

Clothes

If for some reason you didn't get enough clothes at the baby shower, this might be a good time to look for an item you really wanted but didn't get. Look for multiple piece sets of clothing. They can go a long way.

You know you want to see your baby dressed as a cute turtle...
