(New England) - New Englanders are dealing with cold temperatures and gust winds today that will see wind chills hitting 15 to 20 below zero.  Some slippery spots were reported after Mondays rain and the overnight drop in temperatures, but the winds helped dry the roads and the morning commute is not as bad as expected. Crews have put down sand and salt on trouble spots, and there are no cancellations or delays to report this morning.

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - The NH House is set to vote tomorrow on legislation similar to a defeated bill to expand Medicaid to an estimated 49,000 poor adults. The Senate rejected expanding Medicaid in November, but GOP leaders say they still hope to find a compromise. The hurdles between the parties include when to use the federal marketplace to buy private coverage and who is covered.

(Dover, NH) - The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce has named Attorney Wil Boc as the 2014 "Citizen of the Year". Boc, a former Mayor and School Board member, will be formally honored at the Chamber's annual dinner on January 24th.

(Pasadena, Cal.) - Florida State came back from a 21-3 deficit to beat Auburn 34-31 in the BCS Championship game.
