Are Ballot Selfies Legal In New Hampshire?

So JT got involved in some early voting action this week and decided to capture the moment with a selfie. There's a wee bit of a problem with this as ballot selfies are illegal in the state of Tennesee.

This led me to wondering if it is illegal here in the state of New Hampshire..

Long story short the answer is it is not encouraged but there is no federal law that recognizes it.

However according to abcnews.com, ballot selfies are banend in Massachusetts. Which is where I will be voting because it is where I am registered. No selfies for me. RATS!
