Authorities say 21 year old Natasha Adjutant was unconscious and barely breathing when she was found slumped over in her vehicle in the parking lot of Borderline Beverage on Route 202 just after 1:30 pm. Emergency crews were able to revive her and she was taken to the hospital.

Police have charged Adjutant with felony possession of heroin. She was also arrested on two warrants for criminal trespass and shoplifting issued for an incident earlier this year at Walmart.
