Assault Leads To Arrest Of Hampton Man

(Hampton, NH) - A Hampton man is facing several charges after an incident last week.

24 year old David Durant was arrested by Hampton police after he allegedly pinned a woman against a wall and held a knife to her neck. The incident occurred on August 8th.

Police have charged Durant with Reckless Conduct With A Dangerous Weapon, Simple Assault and Criminal Threatening.

The female victim was not injured.

Durant was released on cash bail and faces a court appearance next month.
