Bank Robbed In Stratham

(Stratham, NH) - Police are investigating a bank robbery in Stratham Tuesday afternoon.

Police say a lone male approached a teller at the Citizens Bank branch in the Shaw's Supermarket on Portsmouth Ave just after 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. He said he had a gun and demanded cash.

Police say no weapon was shown and no injuries resulted.

The robber fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.
