Best Moments: Saying Goodbye to February

It turned out to be one of the snowiest months in New England history. At least there were a lot of things to keep us occupied and thinking of spring.

1. The Red Sox opened spring training in Ft Myers and the NASCAR season kicked off with the Daytona 500.

2. The Academy Awards handed out Oscars and Birdman made it as Best Picture.

3. The Voice now competes with American Idol for the next greatest talent.

4. The concert season got underway when Florida Georgia Line and Thomas Rhett rocked the VWA in Manchester giving us something hot to end February with.

5. We survived snowstorms. New England got a record amount of snow so far this winter, but we all managed to get out alive. Maybe this month will be a little more lenient and let the snow melt a bit.

Now will March come in like a lion? Time will most certainly tell.
