Boston Bids For 2024 Summer Games

(Boston, Mass.) - Boston Mayor Marty Walsh says the city "put on a strong show" in it's bid to host the 2024 Olympics.The new Mayor joined the city's delegation Wednesday in a meeting in California to present it's bid to the U.S. Olympic Committee.

San Francisco, Washingon D.C and Los Angeles are also bidding for the games.

The last time the U.S. host the summer games was in Atlanta in 1996.
