(Rochester, NH) - Rochester Police have arrested three people in connection with the death last month of Evangelique "Eve" Tarmey.

The 17-year-old Rochester girl died of what has been determined to be "Acute Fentanyl Intoxication" on the morning of October 17th at the Riviera Motel. Tarmeys' mother and her mothers boyfriend were in the motel room at the time.

41-year-old Mark Ross is facing several felony charges, including dispensing a controlled drug-death resulting. 41-year-old Jazzmyn Rood faces charges including endangering the welfare of a child and reckless conduct, for placing her daughter in danger.

A third person, 31 year old Leslie Aberle of Salisbury, Massachusetts is also facing felony charges including dispensing a controlled drug-death resulting.

Police continue to investigate the case.

Ross and Rood are expected to be arraigned tomorrow in Rochester District Court. Aberle will face court action in Newburyport, Massachusetts Court. All three are being held in lieu of bail.
