Three Judge Panel in Second Circuit Court Made the Decision.

Reuters and CBS Sports are reporting that Tom Brady's suspension has been reinstated.

As we all know (but just in case you've been living under a rock since last season.....) the four game suspension was put in place after the NFL accused Brady of tampering with game ball inflation levels in the AFC Championship game in January 2014.

The case went all the way to federal court before being thrown out in New York before the start of the 2015-16 season.

The NFL appealed the appeal, and now it looks as though the three-judge panel will reinstate the previously uninstated (new word I just made up) suspension.

Are you following all this?  Because I know I'm certainly confused.

So once again, it looks like it's New England against the world.

Oh....and the news hits us on a Monday, no less.
