Around 5 Thursday evening, State Police observed a car with mechanical issues on I-93 Northbound in Manchester operating with 4-way flashers and at a low speed, impeding traffic.

State Police stopped the vehicle and discovered that the driver, 35 year old Andrea Erceg of Manchester was wanted in Pennsylvania on a warrant issued 12 years ago for failure to appear on burglary and theft charges.

Pennsylvania authorities were contacted and they advised they would seek to have Erceg extradited to face charges.

She was arrested on a Fugitive from Justice charge and held at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester pending a court appearance today.
