Celebrate Maple Sugar Weekend in New Hampshire

As we put the winter of 2014 behind us and clamor for spring to get here, you might see some signs of the transition as you drive around the Granite State

It's sugar season in New Hampshire and there are taps and buckets hanging from maple trees all over the place. The March weather which gives us warm, sunny days and cold nights is perfect for collecting sap from the trees.

Maple sugar producers all over the state are celebrating maple sugar season and they have a maple sugaring weekend coming up at the end of the month. This year it will happen on the weekend of March 28th and 29th. Make plans now to enjoy a New Hampshire springtime tradition.
