Charges Upgraded in Dellinger case.[NEWS]

(Lebanon, N.H.) - Charges have been upgraded against a Sunapee man who has been accused of intentionally causing a fatal crash on Interstate 89 on December 7th. 53 year old Robert Dellinger was arraigned on two second degree murder charges today via video conference for causing the deaths of Amanda Murphy and Jason Timmons of Vermont by intentionally driving his pickup truck over a median and into the path of their  oncoming car. The judge ordered Dellinger to be held without bail. He was originally charged with with two counts of manslaughter
