So you're a little kid and your dad has a video camera. No big deal, lots of dads shoot video of their kids. But what if your dad had a video camera and his job was a special effects animator for Dreamworks Studios?

Who among us hasn't "re-purposed" our workplace for some personal project? The toddler's name is James and his dad is Daniel Hashimoto. Daniel shoots short video clips of his pride and joy doing the everyday things that a happy little kid does. Then dad brings the videos to work with him and, we assume on his lunch hour, adds the Dreamworks magic.

It's important to remember here that none of the explosions, fires or laser beams are real.
