According to NH1 News, the bank reported the discovery of an ATM "skimmer" at one of the drive throughs. Devices such as this are used to gain access to ATM account information and PIN numbers.  The banks says that it switching over to more sophisticated security measures in order to provide further protection.

NBC News reported last year that nearly 13 million Americans were victimized by identity theft. What's alarming is that translates to someone being affected every two seconds. In recent years however, some identity theft statistics have been getting better as a result of awareness and preventive measures.
