Okay, we're indulging more than we normally would since its the holiday season. In advance of next week's New Year's resolutions to lose weight, take a peek at home many calories you might have taken in on Christmas. 

I think I'm in the 2000  to 3000 calorie range for yesterday with eggs benedict, ham, banana bread and wine being the worst culprits in my diet. The Health page of weather.com lists a variety of foods you might have eaten and gives you an idea of how much you have to eat to get to 200 calories.

I don't feel too terribly guilty. I've tried to be better about getting to the gym and eating healthier in advance of the holidays. But by New Year's Eve I'll probably be swearing off the good life for at least a day or two.
