(Hill, NH) - A New Hampton man faces arraignment this morning after his arrest for a weekend assault.

48-year-old Carl Grace allegedly broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend and assaulted her and her new boyfriend with a fire extinguisher.

He also threatened to return and shoot the pair.

Grace fled the scene, but was arrested Saturday afternoon without incident at a home in Danbury. He was held over the weekend on assault and threatening charges.

The victims suffered minor injuries in the Saturday morning incident.

The attorneys for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev admitted early that their client was involved in the bombing on April 15, 2013 but claim his older brother was the mastermind.

Police say David Wihby was arrested at a hotel on Friday after he responded to a woman's ad on the Internet. Ayotte released a statement late Saturday saying she was shocked at the arrest of a man she described as "a friend for many years."
