Dear Mommy and Daddy, Please Grow Up!

I'm not a parent. However, I don't think you need to have a child to think this is absolutely ridiculous. How do you, in good conscious, send a bill to a parent of a child that missed another child's birthday party?

You may have heard about this on the news or social media in the last couple of days. This happened across the pond in Cornwall, England.The worst part of the story is the children were put in the middle of this juvenile squabble.

If you're going to do that, why not start invoicing people who say they're going to your wedding, but don't make it? Why not bill the couples who plan on attending a holiday party, but then don't show up for whatever reason. Jeez, people loosen up, people say they're going to do stuff everyday and don't follow through. I feel so bad for both children in this story. The two children were obviously friends, but, I would guess they're not any longer. Thanks, Mom and Dad.
