Do You Roll…Over or Under?

Is it just me?  I can't stand when toilet paper is replaced the 'wrong way!'

At my house you will NEVER find a roll of bathroom tissue that you have to grab from under the roll.  It just doesn't make any sense.  It's much easier to grab if the roll is dispensing from the top. And, as you can see from the pictures, we have our toilet paper under lock and key!  Why does management feel the need to lock up toilet paper, that um, shall we say is 'in use,' when there are freestanding rolls there for the taking?  Makes no sense!
