Mark, Donnie and Paul have been named in a lawsuit brought forth by...believe it or not...two former business partners of the brothers. Not only are they former business partners, but the men who filed the lawsuit, according to the Boston Globe are long-time family friends. Sad.

William 'Billy' Leonard (who was featured on the Walhburg's reality show) and Edward St. Croix claim the famous family left them out of plans to grow the business. The flagship Wahlburgers restaurant opened back in 2011 in Hingham, Massachusetts, with both Leonard and St. Croix having an ownership stake. The men allege Mark, Donnie and Paul worked to cut out both Leonard and St. Croix from the chain by reducing ownership stake and leaving them out of expansion plans.

Stay tuned!
