Dover Postal Carrier Breaks into Home, Puts on Woman’s Shoes

(Dover, NH) - A Dover Postal employee facing charges after being caught inside a home on his rural delivery route.

A Piscataqua Road resident was monitoring her home security system from work Wednesday morning when she spotted a man in her home, and recognized him as her postal carrier.

Dover Police were able to track down 39 year old Richard Ringer of Raymond, and charged him with two counts of criminal tresspass. The two charges were filed because the video showed Ringer entered the home, left and entered again.

Officials say nothing was taken during the incident, but the video images show Ringer wearing a pair of the homeowners high-heeled leather boots.
