Police say 27 year old Jerome Lindo was driving a vehicle without license plates Thursday night around 10 and refused to stop for officers, causing concerns about pedestrians leaving the Fisher Cats game.

Lindo reportedly encountered traffic on the Granite Street Bridge and tried to push  his way through, causing a 6-vehicle collission resulting in one minor injury. He fled his vehicle on foot and eluded capture.

Lindo turned himself in to Manchester Police Sunday and faces numerous felony and misdemeanor charges when he is arraigned today in Manchester District Court.
