What: Annual Cocheco River Clean-Up event
When: April 8 from 9am to 1pm
Who: Open to the public. All are welcome to attend and there is no admission fee.
Where: Watson Road dam parking lot, on the Cocheco River in Dover, NH
Equipment: The town of Dover will supply free blue trash bags.
Clothing: Gloves. Rubber Boots, and even waders
Aside from cleaning, volunteers will get a chance to see how beautiful this stretch of river is. You may see an eagle, osprey, beaver, ducks, otter, frog eggs, and turkey.
Pets, kids and families are all welcome to lend a helping hand!
