Additional Information

Hear Ye Hear Ye!  It is on good authority we announce - on Saturday, December 9, in the year 2017, beginning at 12 o’clock in the afternoon, the Legend of the Creekman will prove to be reality. He will navigate from Strawbery Banke  (preceded by a musical tribute beyond worldly compare) down the mighty Piscataqua River and up Sagamore Creek  before finally coming to rest at the Elks Lodge .

The waters are expected to be 40 degrees or less!

Why does Creekman do this? The healing powers of music!  Watch the Creekman in his annual feat of strength, endurance and will as he sets his sights on helping hospitalized children throughout the land by dedicating his journey to the Ukulele Kid’s Club, which supports music therapy programs in various hospitals around the world.

Following his chilling journey, Creekman will take shelter at a gala event with the members of SNHUG and their adventurous companions and guests. From 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., all are welcome to take part in a night full of music, food, revelry and charity

This couldn’t be possible without your help! Challenge your friends/family/coworkers/other businesses within your industry to match your donation!  It's an easy way to continue the giving and get others to join...without having to take a dip in the chilly waters with the Creekman!  With your support we can help more kids discover the power of music.
