Fatal Fire in Manchester [NEWS]

MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester fire-fighters battled flames as well as frigid temperatures in an early morning apartment building fire on the city's west side.  A male resident was found dead on the third floor of the 5-unit building on Joliette Street after the blaze was reported around 12:30 this morning. Authorities are still trying to locate the victims girlfriend who lived on the third floor, but was not believed to be home when the fire broke out.

The cause of the fire is not known.
