Franklin Woman Faces Arson Charge

(Franklin, NH) - A Franklin woman is being held after her arrest Thursday morning on a felony arson charge.

28 year old Amber Cowan was charged with setting fire to a multi-unit home on School Street in Franklin Wednesday evening.

All of the residents of the apartment building were able to escape injury.

The State Fire Marshal's Office is asking that anyone with photos or videos of the blaze contact them at 223-4289 or Franklin Police at 934-2535.
