Here's a twist on shopping that is starting in Chicago but if successful you might see rolled out in other cities. 

Target, the retail giant is experimenting with making drinks available to shoppers. Redbook Magazine says the Target store in the Windy City will have a bar up and running next month and will also sell alcohol on site.

Sticking to your budget while shopping is tough enough for most people. Strolling through the aisles while you've had a couple probably isn't going to help matters. Target's motto is "Expect More, Pay Less. I can't wait to hear the jokes that late night TV comes up with over this.
