Governor Hassan wants Oil Company To pay Back $21,000.
(Concord,N.H.) - Governor Maggie Hassan wants Fred Fuller Oil and Propane Co. of Hudson to reimburse the state nearly $21,000 dollars for running an emergency hotline for them to ensure their customers didn't run out of oil during the recent cold spell. Hassan said the company should "Do the right thing" and pay back the money which was used to staff the hotline around the clock for nearly six days beginning on January 6th. The call center handled 3,832 calls from customers whose oil tanks were either at or near empty.
