Lenny, you might know has been kicking around the stand-up comedy scene for years. He's one of the talented few that makes it big doing stand-up for living. He's a great supporter of the 'Working Dog Foundation' and we thank him for all he does for us. He's also a big TV star too. He's had his own sitcom, he's starred alongside Denis Leary in 'Rescue Me.' and starred in Denis' latest television show "Sirens."

Lawmakers thumbs down on Secret Service
Lawmakers are calling for additional review of the Secret Service following the testimony of Director Julia Pierson before a House oversight committee about the White House breach last month. Pierson got a vote of low confidence from the lawmakers. The alleged intruder, Omar Gonzalez, was indicted yesterday and is scheduled to appear in federal court today.

State Child Support Services switching computers
New Hampshire's Division of Child Support Services is switching over to a new computer system over the next few days, which won't allow staff to access records.
Child support services staff will still be available by phone and in district offices for scheduled appointments and hearings, as usual.The computer system transfer started Monday and is expected to continue through Monday, Oct. 6.

Driver dead in early morning Bangor crash
Bangor police are investigating an early morning fatal crash. Police say the victim's pickup drove the wrong way down a street at about 12:30 a.m. this morning before crashing down an embankment.The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's name was not immediately made public.

Stupid News

A nineteen-year-old man was locked up in jail when his lawyer stopped by to visit him.The prisoner wasn't there. It appears two days earlier Ryan Vasquez managed to sneak out of jail.  Eventually, he was captured and sent back to jail.

An artist asked the gallery owner if anyone had shown interest in his paintings:
"I've got some good news and some bad news for you. The good news is some guy did ask about your work and wondered if the value would increase upon your death. The bad news is the guy was your doctor!"
