Here’s How You Can Help Those Fighting Breast Cancer and Treat Yourself to Some Comfort Food

We all know October is 'Breast Cancer Awareness Month' and Mr. Mac's Mac and Cheese is holding their 3rd annual 'Give Hope...Get Mac' fundraiser.

The Mr. Mac's Mac and Cheese 'GIVE HOPE...GET MAC' fundraiser will be taking place in the Portsmouth and Manchester New Hampshire locations as well as their Tyngsboro, Ma restaurant.

Here's how the fundraiser works:

According to a press release, Mr. Mac's will donate $1 from every 'Take & Bake' order of their macaroni and cheese specialties.Those who participate may also enter to win a Mr. Mac’s gift card. Mr. Mac’s primary focus is on family and community and was founded in New Hampshire by brother and sister team Patrick Cain and Valerie Andersen. “One of the best parts of living and working in NH, is the comforting feeling of the belonging…that strong sense of community,” states Cain. “If we all do just a little, we can bring comfort to those right here in our community struggling with this disease.” 

Last year this fundraiser generated an impressive $3,000 that is used locally for the care of these women.

Take and Bake orders can be made at any location, by calling in an order, or by ordering online at Mr-Macs.com.  Orders can be picked up at the Mr. Mac’s convenient drive-thru pick up windows.  Mr. Mac’s 3 locations are: 497 Hooksett Road, Manchester, NH / 2600 Lafayette Road, Portsmouth, NH / 440 Middlesex Road, Tyngsboro, MA
