WalletHub put together a list of the best places in the United States to celebrate Halloween. Sadly, there's only one spot in New England that makes the list. Boston ranks 15th out of 100 cities. And while it does look like they have a long list of events planned for All Hallows Eve...there's bound to be other great places in New Hampshire or Maine to celebrate the spookiest night of the year.
