How Do You Hang Your TP…Over Or Under?

A couple of weeks ago, I went into the WOKQ bathroom to find no toilet paper on the roll. This morning, while I'm thankful there was paper available, I have one question.
What kind of person puts the toilet paper on backwards?

Toilet paper is supposed to come off the roll from the top...not from underneath. Now you may disagree...and so be it. But in a civilized society, there is a right way and a wrong way to put butt ribbon on the roll. And this picture clearly demonstrates the WRONG way.
