Conagra Brands has issued a massive recall of Banquet brand Salisbury Steak, due to the possibility that the frozen meals may contain bone fragments.

Over 135,000 pounds of the Salisbury Steak are affected by the recall.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, the recall is on the Banquet Family Size Salisbury Steaks and Brown Gravy.

The product was shipped to retailers across the United States. There have been three minor oral injuries apparently associated with the product in question.

According to the USDA, the recalled Banquet Salisbury Steaks have the lot code 5006 8069 10 05 and a ‘Best Buy’ date of SEP 01 2019 printed on the package.

The products subject to recall bear the USDA mark of inspection with establishment number “P-115” located on the side panel of the consumer package.
