I am so fortunate to do what I do and call it "work"! Last Thursday was one of those nights that validated that for me. All of the country artists that I have met since I started in this biz are humble, gracious and just down-to-earth human beings. When I went backstage to meet Kelsea Ballerini, I expected nothing less. What I didn't expect, was to walk away with a new bestie. Which is what happened:

If those selfies aren't proof that what we had was real, I am not sure what is.

In all seriousness, Kels (yeah, I call her that now) and I immediately clicked. We complimented each other's fashion sense, she said she would wear what I was wearing and I said: "right back atcha sister". We talked about wedding planning and how she had her bridezilla moments. I mentioned that I was headed to her stomping grounds for my bachelorette party in September. I told her she is more than welcome to join, but I get it that she's kind of busy.

We will see what happens. But Kelsea, if you are reading this girlfriend, just know that we will have a "bride tribe" bathing suit waiting for you should you decide to swing by! :)
