Scraping the ice off my windshield early in the morning sometimes feels as though it is scraping away at my soul (I know, dramatic much?)

Being new to the state of New Hampshire, I wanted to know if neglecting to remove snow from ones car was actually against the law.

According to trucking.org, under New Hampshire State law, a driver can be cited for driving a vehicle in a manner that “endangers” or “is likely to endanger any person or property. Guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $250 nor more than $500 for a first offense and not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 for a second or subsequent offense"

Well there you have it! I'd much rather grin and bear it then get a hefty fine or worse get in an accident because of my obstructed view.

Happy Winter and drive safe, everyone!
