The celebrating in Los Angeles after the L.A. Kings won the Stanley Cup Friday night turned ugly -- at least for the owner of a camera-equipped quad-copter.  As the DJI Phantom hovered over the crowd outside the Staples Center, fans began throwing water bottles and other items at the copter, but it was a thrown L.A. Kings T-shirt that brought it down. Afterward, it was apparently smashed by a skateboard-wielding fan, as the crowd chanted, "We got the drone!"

Not surprisingly, the demise of the copter -- which was rumored to belong to the Los Angeles Police Department, though the model doesn't match previous reports on the department's gear -- was caught on video.
