Maine State Police say 25 year old Michael Messier passed a State Trooper at 111-miles per hour Wednesday night, then refused to stop.

He lost control of his S.U.V at the Saco exit and crashed. Messier fled on foot into nearby woods, leaving his 2-and-a-half year old daughter strapped in her car seat. She was not injured.
