Man Shoots Fireworks Through Manchester Neighborhood.

(Manchester,N.H.) - A Manchester man has been accused of shooting high-powered fireworks out of his window at two men doing maintenance work at the Silver Street Towers.

28 year old  Thomas Stokes was charged with reckless conduct, criminal mischief and making a false report to an officer. Police say Stokes also shot out a window at 470 Silver St. while the resident there was sitting on her couch.
