Manchester Restaurant Industry Joins Forces to Support Mint Bistro Employees

The lights are out but support is pouring in for Mint Bistro employees.

In recent years, local hot spots in Portsmouth and Manchester have offered "industry night" where local bartenders, servers and support staff can get discounts in other area restaurants.  This is because in both cities the restaurant industry is a tight-knit community.

That tight bond has been illustrated in recent weeks in Manchester after Mint Bistro on Elm Street was heavily damaged by a burst water pipe February 15th.  

Employees at local area restaurants have taken to social media to ask for help and establish fundraisers for Mint employees who will be out of work for several weeks.  A Go Fund Me has also been established for those affected.
