JOHANNESBURG (AP) - There is joy, celebration and rain in the air in South Africa today at the site of the massive memorial to honor Nelson Mandela. Crowds converged on FNB Stadium in Soweto, the Johannesburg township that was a stronghold of support for the anti-apartheid struggle. Some 100 heads of state and other dignitaries are expected. President Barack Obama will be among the speakers.

(New Hampshire) – There are some slicks spots on area roads after an overnight drop in temperature formed black ice from the rain and snow of Monday.

Crews have treated roadways with sand and salt, but there are some slippery areas.  Driveways, sidewalks and parking lots may also be slick.

(Lebanon,Me.) – 5 people were treated for carbon monoxide exposure at a home in Center Lebanon ,Maine Monday evening.  C.O. detectors sounded in the home and the 5 occupants were treated at the scene by medical responders.  Officials will check the heating system to determine if there was a malfunction.

(Lebanon, Me.) - A Lebanon, Maine man has died of injuries suffered in an accident last week.  Ryan Kelley passed away Monday at Maine Medical Center in Portland.  He had been injured last week when he was struck by a passing car as he walked on Milton Mills Road in North Lebanon.

(Barrington, NH) - Two drivers suffered minor injuries when a car collided with a tractor-trailer unit on Route 125 in Barrington Monday afternoon just before 2.  24 year old Michael Yorek of Merrimack was northbound when his car drifted across the center line and struck the truck driven by 55 year old Daniel Makin of Epping.
