My grandmother used to make soap.  She made it with lye and it probably wasn't real good for anybody. To be honest, it got the job done, but looked like hell.  Just odd shaped chunks that were colors that were found nowhere in nature.  But I came across this web site this morning and it brought back some fond memories and I thought it would be fun to share...
